Limitation of Liability Less than 18 years old

 

Authorization

By registering and paying for this class, I hereby authorize my child (or children of whom I have legal custody or for which I am acting as legal guardian) to participate in the iGLOO Activity Centre training/classes/events organized by Zone01 Robotics, Zone01ORC Robotics club, Wuting Education and Chef de classe or its partners.

 

Communication of information

Given the provisions on access to information and protection personal and confidential information, I hereby authorize All program organizers in iGLOO Activity Centre and its affiliates to publish only the name and photograph (and / or any video taken during the class, training, events, activities and competitions) of my child for media publication, for sponsors and prize donors and advertising purposes (brochures, magazines, newspapers, ads...). Other personal information of the child must remain confidential. All program organizers in iGLOO Activity Centre must respect this limitation and obtain my agreement for all reporting, other than those mentioned herein and to any other purpose, other than those mentioned herein.

 

Limitation of Liability

I agree to comply with all the regulations that have been established as part of the program organizers in iGLOO Activity Centre and to ensure that my child is familiar and comply with such regulations. I understand that if my child affect the rights, health and / or safety of others participants, organizers or members of the general public, or has offensive or rude behavior, is the cause of physical and / or emotional damage of any kind whatsoever, property loss or injury to another person during classes, events, training and related competitions, I will then compensate any person who has suffered such damage. In these contingencies and any non-compliance with regulations, which have been established, I acknowledge and agree that my child may be disqualified and sent home at any time during the competition. The return of the child will occur when a parent or family member is present, else I will reimburse the program organizers in iGLOO Activity Centre all costs related to transportation back to school or home. In case of disqualification, the registration fee will not be refunded.

Yearly payment

• Sibling discount: 10% off on all

• Referral discount CAD 50 off before tax

Monthly payment

• Referral discount CAD 50 off before tax (Refund to the payment card after 3 month subscription)

All yearly payment cannot be refunded. Yearly payment can be transferred to siblings or another students within the club.

Exceptions:

• Long-term illness (Doctor note or health provider proof needed)

• Moving out of the city (35km+ away from either locations; Proof of the new address needed)

When refund the yearly payment, all applied discount will be deducted from the fee paid include sibling discount, annual payment discount, referral discount (if withdraw in the first 3 month).

Personal leave

We accept personal leave or short-term sick leave up to 3 time per year (1 per 12 classes) without asking for the reason. Parents should register the leave at  student's information page, Postponed tuition cannot be refunded or transferred.

 

Long-term leave

Paid tuition can be postponed. Parents need to acknowledge us by E-mail 3 weeks prior to the start of the leave. Maximum length accepted is 6 months, after 6 months, all paid tuition cannot refunded or postponed.
